Irene Geijselaers won the best student poster award at the 34th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS) in Montpellier, France this summer. The poster was entitled “Determination of the band offsets in Wurtzite-Zinc-blende InP nanowires by means of photoluminescence spectroscopy”.
