Vinnova competence centres

As part of our missions to bring together scientists and students with professionals from industry, Nanolund works closely with three Vinnova competence centres.

Swedish industry has the potential to take a leading role in the transition to a more sustainable society, both within and outside the country's borders. Therefore, Vinnova funded competence centres actively work with international collaboration, for example within the European research and innovation programs and other global collaborations related to sustainable industry and digital transformation.

Nanolund is closely associated with these competence centres: 

Competence Centre: C3NiT

C3NiT creates the next generation of III-nitride based semiconductors for power and high frequency electronics, which are crucial for sustainable development.

Competence Centre: Sentio

Integrated sensors and adaptive technology for sustainable products and manufacturing

Competence Centre: Advanced Chip Technologies (ACT)

The ACT-consortium gathers organizations and companies passionate about development of advanced chips, to meet current and future needs by industry and society

Each competence center is financed to one-third by Vinnova, one-third (or more) by university/university college/institute and one-third (or more) by business/public sector.
